惡毒的樂評
我沒有聽過現代作曲家Reger的曲子，但是剛剛讀到兩句評論他音樂的評論，真是非常惡毒，招招命中要害，妙哉。與大家分享。評論者是名為Irving Kolodin的樂評人(1934)：
"Reger's Quartet, Op. 109, looks like music, it sounds like music, it might even taste like music; it it remains, stubbornly, not music."
大意是說，「Reger的這首四重奏，看起來像音樂，聽起來像音樂，甚至嚐起來可能也像音樂；但是，終究不是音樂。」
Reger might be epitomized as a composer whose name is the same forward or backward and whose music, curiously, often displays the same characteristic."
大意是說，「Reger這個人，總歸一句話就是，名字不管是順著唸或是反著唸都一樣，更絕的是，他的音樂也有這個特性。」
我買過一本小書，書名叫做Bad Press: The Worst Critical Reviews Ever!裡面也是收錄各種惡毒的藝術評論，似乎並沒有這邊列出的這兩條。欣賞這種樂評還挺有趣的，拐彎抹角批評，不管是開罵或是讚揚，都不失風度，又展 現批評者的文字造詣，總比直接拿F字出來好得太多了。
F字，我是說fantastic，別想歪了。
